ElevenLabs: Create a clone of your voice
There are two components to an avatar, voice and video, and there are two tools we use to create personalized clones, HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
HeyGen claims to be able to do both voice and video BUT the slackers gave me an Australian accent!
Useless.
So we work around that by first creating a clone voice in Eleven Labs, and then uploading that to HeyGen to do the video matching.
It's a bit of a tedious workaround but the end result is decent and you can use it to upload text where the output is a clone of you.
Here's how you create a cloned voice on Eleven Labs.

#1. Go to ElevenLabs.io
Create an account or log in.
Navigate to the "Voices" section.
#2. Choose to create your own avatar (you can also use their out-of-the-box options).
Browse the available AI voices or clone your voice
Customize a voice to fit your needs by adjusting pitch, tone, and style.
Save your custom voice for future use.
#3. Input your script.
Click on "Projects" and create a new project.
Paste your text into the script box.
Adjust voice settings, choose preferred AI model. We recommend Eleven Turbo 2.
#4. Generate the voiceover.
Click on "Convert."
Listen to the output and make adjustments if necessary.
Download the final voiceover file.
